Return Timeframe

Our policy covers a 30-day return window from the delivery date. If it exceeds this period, unfortunately, we can't process a refund or return.

Return Policy

  • Error on Our Part: We allow returns/exchanges for our mistakes.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Due to high customization, returns are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refund Request

We accept refund requests for:

  • Lost orders or missing items due to our service failure.
  • Missing cancellation or exchange requests within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Product discrepancies from the description.
  • Faded, damaged, or incomplete items.

We don't accept requests for:

  • Lost orders due to customer address errors.
  • Undamaged items returned due to customer preference changes.
  • Customer-caused damages.

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Within 24 hours of order placement or before design proofs are sent.
  • Partial Refund: After sending design proofs, a fee of $5-$15 (depending on complexity) applies per design. Partial refunds include shipping fees if eligible.

  • PayPal
  • Credit card

Required Actions

To process your request:

  • Provide the digital or physical receipt or reply to our order notification email from support@cusful.com
  • State the reason for the return/refund.
  • Allow us 24 hours (excluding weekends) to respond.

Do not return items until eligibility is confirmed.

Shipping Instructions

Customers cover return shipping costs and journey to our warehouse. Lost return items are not eligible for refunds.

For return labels related to our errors, we provide them free of charge.

Expected Refund Time

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of its status via email. Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method.

  • Bank account payments: Refund to your bank account.
  • PayPal balance payments: Refund to your PayPal balance.
  • Credit card payments: Refund to the sender's card (up to 30 days depending on the card issuer).

Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank.
