Processing Time: We require 3–5 business days to process your order, which includes preparing it for shipment, labeling it with your name and address, and dispatching it from our warehouse.

Please note:

Upon order placement and payment, your confirmation of the address information and the previewed design is assumed. Please note that if you need to modify the design, there will be a corresponding delay in the shipping time.

1.1 For custom name or custom date changes:
Please inform us of any name or date modifications within 12 hours. Once adjusted, we'll email for confirmation. Please reply within 48 hours. Otherwise, the production follows the latest modified design.

1.2 For custom clipart image changes or additional elements need:
Please notify us within 12 hours, providing photos of specific elements to add or alter. After adjustments, we'll email for confirmation. Please reply within 48 hours. Otherwise, the production follows the initially ordered design.

1.3 To modify your shipping address information, kindly notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. While we'll make every effort to assist with requests made after this timeframe, changes will be considered case-by-case.

2. Shipping Time: 

Shipping time will vary by country, listed below are estimated shipping times upon completion of production.

Upon dispatch, you'll get a confirmation email and can track your order on our website. Allow 2-4 days for the logistics provider to scan and process your package. For tracking assistance, email us at support@cusful.com

We strive for timely deliveries, and 97% of our packages reach you on schedule. Occasionally, deliveries may extend beyond the estimated date for reasons such as:
  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit numbers
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

2.1 Please provide accurate address Information. In the event of discrepancies or missing information, we may reach out to you for updates, which could result in delays.

2.2 We are not responsible for delivery failures or returns resulting from address/contact information errors or the unavailability of the recipient during delivery attempts.

2.3 Returned packages require time to reach our logistics partner's overseas warehouse. If re-delivery is necessary, it will be arranged only after a successful return to the warehouse and receipt of notification from the logistics provider. We offer one free re-delivery.

2.4 In countries without return services (e.g., Sweden and Finland), undelivered packages are handled and disposed of by the local post office. As part of our commitment to customer service, we offer one free replacement in such cases, with the recipient responsible for the associated shipping fees.

2.5 If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

2.6 Customs policies vary, and import fees may apply depending on your country. Taxes are not included in our website prices, and duties may be required upon order receipt.

Your local customs office determines import taxes, duties, and related fees, which may be charged upon your order's arrival. Failure to promptly settle customs duties may disrupt the normal shipping process.
